Thanks to Mr. Haggart at APE for sharing a link to the online version of the 2008 Annual. I could not find it for the life of me. Seems that the online gallery of winners was released 2 days ago. Thanks for posting the link Rob.
(note: my ol’ lynden portrait can be found in the corporate design/photo product section)

A couple months ago (roughly) I received an email from PDN (Photo District News) magazine announcing that I made the 2008 Photo Annual. Well, to my surprise I received my latest issue of PDN magazine today, which happened to be the Photo Annual. Made it onto page 126 with a shot from the Lynden packaging shoot. Thanks to all the judges this year. It is greatly appreciated.

A while back I was interviewed by a European advertising industry magazine called Sign Cafe. Well, I got my issue of the magazine and it was an incredibly pleasant surprise. There were about 20 some questions in all, so I figured it would be a couple pages of interview and maybe a couple of images. It ended up that the feature/interview was 17 pages. Dang!! Totally did not expect that. And they did an incredible layout and design job with the supporting graphics. Thanks a ton Sign Cafe Magazine. It is greatly appreciated.

Issue 11 is out on shelves at Barnes & Noble, Borders and other popular bookstores. Beyond the fact that JPG Magazine is full of photos from some great photographers from around the world, this issue is a little extra cool for me. Out of 11,000 entries I was one of 17 photographers published in this issue under the “Are You Ready To Rock” section for one of Lynden photos. So if you get a chance, give it a check on the magazine stand. Thanks to all of you that showed your support and voted to get it in front of the judges. And if you have a moment, give their site a visit as well. A lot of good stuff to be seen. More at JPG Magazine Website.

The good folks at Phirebrush listed me in a group of photography sites under the news and updates section. Quite honored to be in a list of such great photographers. So I asked myself…”Self, now that you have been listed on Phirebrush.com, what are you going to do?”. At which point I replied “I’m going to Disneyland”. Thanks Phirebrush peeps.
